Registration & Payment

To register for the IASC2017 Conference you need to run through our Payment module. Proof of payment will be sent to you by e-mail and a copy will also be included in your conference bag at the conference.

Please note

* lunches on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday are included in the registration fee; lunches on excursions on Thursday are included in the excursion fees
* via the payment module you can also register for the following events by just adding them to your shopping cart: conference dinner, conference excursions, Children’s Program, meeting rooms, other conference events at the conference
* If you wish to bring your partner or kids to any of the events, please remember to register the appropriate number of participants
* Please also note that PayPal payments are not possible yet.

All payments will run via Utrecht University, hosting institution of IASC2017, and will be subject to the General Terms and Conditions of Delivery of Utrecht University.
